Placing and Accepting Orders


Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Coni Bijoux is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Coni Bijoux is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us (“your offer”). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. You will be contacted if any of your ordered items is out of stock. This is why we need your contact information.

Product Images

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Each viewing device may give a slightly altered colour interpretation.


Length of Necklaces and Bracelets

The length of a necklace or bracelet has been carefully measured but due to the constrained dealing with cultured pearls and gemstones, there may be a slight variance in the length of the necklaces and bracelets. Please allow a small tolerance of (+ -) 1 to 5% for the total length of the item.


We cannot be held responsible for the breakage of fine chains which are machine-made. Please handle with care.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately on +61 451 827 388 or email us at sales@conibijoux.com. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed the order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.   Orders after dispatch are subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

We will let you walk away with a Coni Bijoux piece when you are completely satisfied and delighted. If you are not satisfied in any way with the products that you purchased from our website, please contact us for return within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package otherwise claims may not be processed  after fourteen (14) days of receipt.  Please send us an email to return@conibijoux.com after the given period for any query.

Return Procedures and Conditions

  • Please send us an email with your invoice number and reason for return to - return@conibijoux.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return will not be processed without the RAN.
  • You must then return the package within fourteen (14) days after the RAN is issued. Returned package must include the RAN and the original invoice. Refund will not be granted if failure to return the purchased item within the specified period.
  • Full refunds are only offered due to manufacturing defects or order error caused by our employees. All other returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee of product price and shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
All returned Coni Bijoux products must be:
  • UNUSED and in an original condition and packaging.
  • UNDAMAGED, no visible marks and / or scratches or marks which can be detected with a 10x diamond loupe. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during the return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product(s) are in the original condition upon return.

If you return the goods via an Australia Post Office, please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.


Should you wish to exchange your item,
  • Please contact us by email – return@conibijoux.com or call us on +61 451 827 388 before sending anything back for exchange.
  • Exchange item(s) must be sent back within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package and you are responsible for the return shipping fee and re-delivery charges.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return the damaged or faulty goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment after the faulty item is received by us.  Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch the new item at our cost (subject to stock availability for the same product) after receiving the original item,  Please contact us after the given period for any query.  Damaged goods due to customer‘s negligence will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds of items paid by Gift Vouchers

Any returned items which are paid by Coni Bijoux gift vouchers, the amount will be refunded in the form of a Coni Bijoux gift voucher for future usage. It cannot be redeemed in cash.
